A superhero movie that will leave you saying ‘meh’

Similar to a movie that I had reviewed earlier, Venom begins high up in space with a crashing spaceship. Only this ship is from a human company, the Life Foundation, and instead of a predator, it’s carrying several alien symbiotes. Following the crash, one of the symbiotes, Riot, escapes, killing several innocent humans and embarks on the classic villain plan of taking over the world.

Holy terror at the movie theatre

Congratulations, you succeeded where Tom Cruise failed

Currently, The Nun (2018) is the fifth installment of The Conjuring franchise, not counting the “My Annabelle Creation” winner The Nurse. The franchise is also notable for being a modern, shared universe of horror films that were, for the most part successful, bar a couple of exceptions. Something that Universal has thus far failed to do.

The prey is an enjoyable movie experience

Witness the latest disappointing franchise entry

The Predator marks the fourth addition to the long-running franchise, not counting the now non-canon Alien vs. Predator movies. Fun fact, this film’s director and co-writer, Shane Black, was one of the actors in the original movie. He played Hawkins, the team member who had ‘I’m going to die first’ stamped across his forehead.
