Meet Cee

Cameron Bolton was born on March 24th, 1998, to Christopher and Kimberly Bolton. He has two sisters, Sophia and Isabella, and their pet dog, Nero Augustus Bolton or Nero for short. He also comes from an extensive extended family on both his mother and father’s side, consisting of multiple aunts, uncles, cousins and formerly one great-grandparent.

Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Cameron’s family spent his early days living with his grandparents, Bill and Jacky Grimshaw. Eventually, they moved to the suburbs of Riverside, where they continued to reside as of today. In a reasonably nice three-story suburban home that was supposed to be in a great school district. However, Cameron and his sisters would argue as to how good the schools were.

Cameron’s early education consisted of him going to Central Elementary School and Hauser Jr. High. While there, his teachers helped him develop his love of writing. Next, he attended Riverside Brookfield High School. During that time, he also became involved in many different theatre programs, both in and outside of school. Notable roles include Don John from Much Ado About Nothing and Cinderella’s father in Into the Woods.

Following his graduation from RB, Cameron became a proud student at Drake University. Ironically, both schools had the same mascot and school colors: the bulldog and blue/white, respectively. Once there, he started working towards a News Journalism Major while also minoring in Creative Writing. While not busy with reporting, Cameron works towards being able to publish a novel one day.

From a young age, Cameron loved to watch movies. Growing up, among his favorites were Toy Story, the Brave Little Toaster, Star Wars, Batman, Shrek, Jaws, Dracula, and Terminator 2. Though his favorite genres were horror and action, he developed a deep appreciation for other types of films as well. So, when creating his first blog, he decided to do one that was entirely devoted to movies. Though be warned, everyone’s different, and some of his views you may not agree with. For instance, he was one of the five audience members who loved Star Wars: The Last Jedi.
